Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving lead generation efforts in both domestic (India) and international (including North American and European) markets. As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting prospects while working in the EST time zone to align with our global outreach efforts.
What you will do:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients across India and international markets, particularly in North America and Europe, using tools such as LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and email outreach systems.
Outbound Outreach: Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, including cold emailing, social media interactions, and calling, to generate qualified leads.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently identifying and engaging with new prospects.
Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and present Flexiple’s value proposition effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to align outbound strategies with overall company goals.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities in the tech talent hiring space.
Data Management: Accurately update and manage CRM systems to track progress and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve outbound sales processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Expectations:
Week 1 Expectations
Familiarize yourself with Flexiple’s offerings, processes, and culture.
Understand the target markets and existing outreach strategies.
Shadow team members to grasp communication patterns and sales workflows.
Month 1 Expectations
Begin actively engaging in outbound outreach and prospecting activities.
Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients.
Provide feedback on existing sales strategies and suggest minor improvements.
Month 3 Expectations
Consistently meet lead generation and outreach targets.
Develop strong relationships with prospects and nurture leads effectively.
Actively contribute to refining outbound sales strategies and tools.
Month 6 Expectations
Deliver a high conversion rate from outreach to qualified leads.
Take ownership of lead generation for assigned markets and time zones.
Mentor new team members and contribute to the team’s overall success.
You should be/have:
Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales platforms.
Prior experience in working with international clients is a plus.
A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Motivation and willingness to work in the EST time zone to align with international outreach efforts.
Analytical mindset to measure and optimize outreach effectiveness.
