Role Overview

As an Account Manager at Flexiple, you’ll own revenue collection, client retention, and account expansion across key client accounts. You’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders on the client side and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, timely payments, and strong long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is client-facing, persistent, people-oriented, and comfortable managing complex accounts with multiple POCs.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Collection

  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing by coordinating across Pipedrive, Google Sheets, and internal teams.

  • Maintain clarity on commercial terms, billing cycles, and client POCs.

  • Drive timely follow-ups on outstanding invoices and unblock issues as needed.

  • Track and share pending invoices and amounts with internal stakeholders.

Revenue Retention

  • Review ongoing talent feedback and identify early signals of risk or dissatisfaction.

  • Drive retention-related actions by guiding clients on possible next steps.

  • Collect structured feedback from clients and share insights with internal teams.

  • Prepare and share regular account reports covering performance, risks, and opportunities.

Account Expansion

  • Drive conversations around future hiring plans and identify expansion opportunities aligned with client goals.

  • Collect testimonials and success stories from satisfied clients.

  • Enable referrals and movement into other teams or portfolio companies, where applicable.

  • Educate clients on other Flexiple offerings and position them based on account potential.

  • Showcase account health and growth opportunities internally using data and context.

Account Management

  • Manage client-side policies such as leaves, holidays, appraisals, and operational guidelines.

  • Own renewal conversations and ensure continuity of business with existing accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across HR, Finance, Hiring Managers, and Leadership POCs.

Who Are You?

Experience

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably managing large or complex accounts (multiple stakeholders or businesses with 50+ employees).

  • Experience in Staffing & Recruiting, IT Services / Consulting, SaaS, HR Tech, Advertising / Media Agencies, or B2B Startups.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to build sticky, long-term client relationships and get things done.
    Experience with client retention, cross-selling, and account expansion.

  • Comfortable chasing multiple POCs to unblock invoices or gather critical information.

  • Thick-skinned, persistent, and outcome-oriented.
    Strong people skills with the ability to remember and leverage personal client context.

  • Organized and detail-oriented when managing commercial terms and follow-ups.

Preferred

  • Experience working with non-Indian / global customers.

  • Experience at early-stage startups (less than 50 employees).
