As People Operations Manager, you will own the contractor life-cycle at Flexiple—from the moment a candidate is selected by a client, through multiple project stints, all the way to a smooth exit. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll be an individual contributor who partners with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and our global clients to guarantee timely joins, high retention, and contractor delight.
Own onboarding → offboarding: Coordinate offers, documentation, background checks, orientation, contract renewals, and exit formalities.
Hit the two North-Star metrics:
Join Success Rate—every selected candidate starts on schedule.
Contract Completion Rate—contractors finish their agreed-upon term (or renew).
Be the point of contact: Run fortnightly check-ins with contractors and account teams; resolve performance or compliance issues early.
Manage across tools: Sync data between Webwork Tracker, HRIS, Pipedrive, and finance systems; spot and plug data gaps.
Process optimisation: Analyse bottlenecks, propose SOP tweaks, and pilot improvements that raise NPS for both contractors and clients.
Compliance guardian: Ensure adherence to Indian labour laws, client MSAs, and Flexiple policies.

3–6 years in HRBP, People Ops, or HR-Generalist roles—ideally at tech startups or talent marketplaces.
Hands-on experience onboarding remote or contract talent; working knowledge of India employment regulations.
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple stakeholders (clients, contractors, finance) and still hit deadlines.
Outstanding written & verbal communication; comfort with partial US/UK time-zone overlap.
Data-driven mindset—able to translate KPIs into daily operating rituals.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguity-friendly environment.
