Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate with 1-3 years of experience in the B2B space, ideally in a high-growth startup or early-stage company. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring exceptional client experiences, driving retention, and building long-term relationships with our customers.

Your focus will be on managing client accounts, optimizing onboarding processes, resolving issues proactively, and acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams. What You’ll Do

Client Onboarding & Engagement

  • Own the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Prepare the necessary documentation to complete the client onboarding.

  • Build strong relationships with clients from Day 1 to drive engagement.

Account Management & Retention

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

  • Proactively identify and address customer pain points to improve retention.

  • Conduct regular check-ins to understand evolving needs and optimize solutions.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to ensure quick problem resolution.

  • Gather feedback from customers and advocate for their needs internally.

Process Improvement & Data Management

  • Track customer success metrics and analyze data to drive improvements.

  • Identify patterns in customer challenges and suggest process enhancements.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and action items.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales to ensure a smooth transition from deal closure to onboarding.

  • Partner with product teams to relay customer feedback and drive feature improvements.

  • Align with marketing to create resources that enhance customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client-facing role within a B2B company.

  • Experience in a high-growth startup or early-stage company is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and relationships simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and improve customer success metrics.
