Role Overview

As an Engagement Associate at Flexiple, you’ll operate at the intersection of clients, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth account onboarding, role execution, and delivery excellence. You will own agreement workflows, support account expansion, and drive disciplined execution across multiple stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone from a services-led, client-facing operations background who is sharp with numbers, detail-oriented, and confident asking nuanced questions to clients.

You will play a critical role in ensuring Flexiple delivers speed, quality, and compliance as we scale across new and existing accounts.

What You’ll Do

Agreement & Compliance Management

  • Own agreement workflows for both FTE and Contractor engagements, including:

    • Success fee, replacement clauses, and profile validity (FTE)

    • C2H terms, SOWs, termination clauses, BGV, and IP rights (Contractors)

  • Review agreements with strong attention to detail, flag risks, and ensure compliance alignment.

  • Ask contextual and nuanced questions to clients where scope, role expectations, or terms are unclear.

Account Landing & Operational Expansion

Client Alignment

  • Participate in role intake and profile review conversations to deeply understand client expectations.

  • Ensure Flexiple’s value proposition discussed during initial calls is consistently reinforced throughout execution.

  • Work closely with Ops Managers to ensure profiles shared are aligned with role requirements.

Delivery Enablement

  • Support speedy delivery of candidate pipelines using AI-driven sourcing.

  • Ensure candidate vetting aligns with role-specific skill requirements.

  • Coordinate interviews and ensure momentum across hiring stages.

Contractor Operations

  • Oversee contractor-related operations including payroll coordination, admin processes, and HR touchpoints. This scope applies to both new and existing accounts, including cases where additional roles are added to ongoing engagements.

Operations Delivery & Governance

  • Ensure all live roles are accurately reflected on Pipedrive and internal product tools.

  • Share pipelines for open roles and roles aging beyond one month with clients, in coordination with Ops Managers.
    Track and follow up on Senior OM reports, ensuring challenges and risks are surfaced early.

  • Ensure Talent Persona, sourcing strategy, and evaluation frameworks are clearly defined and followed for each role.

Who Are You?

Experience

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in operations, engagement, onboarding, or client-facing roles within a services-led business.

  • Background in industries such as Staffing & Recruiting, IT Services / Consulting, SaaS, HR Tech, Advertising / Media Agencies, or B2B Startups.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong process discipline and comfort working in structured environments.

  • Exposure to legal, compliance, or agreement-related workflows.

  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders (clients, ops, sales, finance, talent).

  • Strong numerical and analytical ability to support data-backed decisions.

  • High attention to detail, especially when reviewing SOWs, agreements, and role requirements.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to quickly understand new verticals, roles, and business models.

Preferred

  • Experience working with non-Indian / global customers.

  • Experience at early-stage startups (less than 50 employees).
