Role Overview
This role requires strong ownership, precision and operational discipline. You will execute a structured outreach engine, engage with decision makers across assigned accounts and ensure steady movement across the early stages of the sales cycle. Your work directly influences revenue generation and the overall velocity of our sales pipeline.
What You Will Own
Outreach and First Touch Execution
Execute a structured outreach rhythm across calls, emails and LinkedIn touchpoints in line with the defined cadence. Conduct high-quality introductory calls and handle early-stage qualification. Maintain communication standards that consistently reflect Flexiple’s brand and tone.
Account Coverage and Research
Manage assigned portfolios of companies and maintain accurate, complete data on key contacts. Build a clear understanding of each company’s industry, maturity, size and potential fit. Maintain up-to-date outreach notes, call logs and email records with zero data gaps.
Process Discipline and Collaboration
Complete daily and weekly outreach targets with precision and consistency. Use templates, scripts and outreach materials effectively to maintain communication quality.
Who You Are
Education and Experience
BCom, BBA, MCom or MBA. A business academic background is preferred; an engineering background is not required.
1–2 years of experience in a people-facing role such as Sales, Customer Success, Talent Acquisition or HR.
Comfortable engaging with decision makers and running structured outreach activities.
Skills and Attributes
Strong communication skills with clarity in both calls and written outreach.
Solid business understanding, including familiarity with startups, funding stages and corporate structures.
High operational discipline with the ability to follow defined systems and cadence.
Curious, coachable and willing to learn modern sales practices.
