We’re now on a mission to scale to $10M in revenue by 2026, and we’re looking for an ambitious HR Coordinator to help us build the team that builds Flexiple.

What You’ll Do
Talent & Recruitment
Manage and own the internal hiring pipeline end-to-end
Source, screen, and coordinate candidates across roles
Drive candidate experience and ensure strong employer branding
Work closely with hiring managers to reduce TAT and improve quality
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data hygiene
Build structured hiring processes and documentation
People Operations
Support onboarding and documentation
Coordinate Background Verification (BGV)
Assist in insurance, payroll coordination and compliance processes
Support performance management cycles
Maintain employee records and HR dashboards
Culture & Employee Experience
Support engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
Help build internal communication structures
Ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience
What We’re Looking For
6 months to 1 year of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
Based in Bangalore
Available to join within 0 to 30 days
Strong ownership mindset
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Data-driven thinking (you enjoy working with trackers, dashboards, and metrics)
