Role Overview

As a Senior Operations Manager focused on Talent Delivery, you will own the critical, high-volume operational processes required to place top-tier talent with our diverse clients. Your goal is to ensure the fast, organized, and effective movement of talent through the entire delivery cycle. This job demands a services or B2C operations mindset: you must be highly organized, data-driven, and proactive in managing people-facing processes at scale.

What You’ll Do

Talent Delivery & Client Execution

  • End-to-End Delivery: Manage and execute the complete operational process for talent placement, from candidate discovery and qualification to negotiation and final delivery to client roles.

  • Strategic Pipeline Building: Proactively build and maintain a robust, ready-to-deploy talent pipeline by engaging high-quality passive candidates through various channels. Be an extrovert who thrives on high-volume outreach and managing initial conversations.

  • Client and Talent Coordination: Serve as the key coordination point between client hiring managers, our internal teams, and the external talent, ensuring seamless communication and process flow.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a fast, clear, and positive experience, reflecting well on Flexiple's service quality.

Process Ownership & Optimization

  • Data-Driven Process: Use key metrics and conversion rates to create, measure, and optimize operational processes for speed and effectiveness across different client projects.

  • System Management: Strategically identify and pipeline passive candidates for challenging or future client requirements (Talent Mapping).

  • Offer Coordination: Expertly manage the final negotiation and closing process to secure talent efficiently, balancing candidate expectations with client requirements.

Business Insight & Ambassadorship

  • Market Insight: Share real-time market and trend data with our business development teams to keep Flexiple competitive in its service offerings.

  • Service Ambassadorship: Be a confident representative of Flexiple's high-quality service and process excellence throughout the entire talent delivery journey.

Who are you?

Education & Background

  • Education: B.Tech is strongly preferred due to the technical nature of our client requirements (e.g., engineering talent).

  • Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a high-volume Operations or Account Management role.

  • Industry Focus: Must have experience in an operations role at a services or B2C company (like Staffing, Consulting, or high-touch B2C delivery), demonstrating an ability to manage complex, people-heavy execution.

  • Fearless Outreach & Execution: Proven ability to proactively find and engage high-quality passive talent. You must genuinely enjoy talking to people and handling initial, sometimes tricky, conversations.

  • Process-Driven Execution: Highly focused on creating and improving structured operational processes. You use data to make things faster and better.

  • Grit and Ownership: Possesses the resilience and tenacity required for a fast, ops-heavy job. You thrive when tackling tough execution goals and owning the entire talent delivery cycle.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Great at managing offers and coordinating complex closures. (Experience in roles focused on driving revenue/performance is a strong bonus.)
