Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic person to join our team as a People Operations Specialist. This role is critical to building and maintaining a high-performing, happy, and engaged workforce. You will oversee employee relations, talent development, and ensure that our HR processes align with company goals and values.


The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and experience in creating a collaborative and positive work culture.

What you will do: 

Employee Onboarding: Design and implement a seamless onboarding process that helps new employees, both remote and on-site, integrate into Flexiple’s culture and hit the ground running.

Performance Management: Create and manage a performance review system that encourages feedback, sets clear goals, and drives personal and professional development for employees.

Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, fostering an environment of open communication and addressing concerns to maintain high morale and job satisfaction.

HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering an equitable workplace.

Learning and Development: Identify training needs and organize relevant programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

Culture and Engagement: Drive initiatives that promote our core values and a positive work culture, including organizing team-building activities and employee engagement programs.

HR Reporting and Analysis: Create reports on employee engagement, retention, and performance. Use data to identify trends and make recommendations to leadership.

You should be/have:  

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, and performance management.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees and leadership at all levels.

Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve employee concerns and foster a positive, productive work environment.

Proactive Approach: Ability to identify and resolve HR issues proactively, aligning employee needs with business goals.

Organizational Skills: Proven experience in managing multiple HR tasks and projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using HR tools and systems for performance management, and employee engagement.

Collaboration: A team player who values cooperation and collaboration across departments to create a cohesive workforce.

Start-Up Mindset: Experience in an early-stage startup is a plus, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Expectations in Week 1  

- Onboarding and familiarization with Flexiple’s processes, products, and services.

- Meet with key team members to understand current HR processes and pain points.

Expectations in Month 1

- Establish clear communication channels with all teams.

- Identify initial gaps in HR processes and develop a plan to address them.

- Begin implementing employee engagement strategies to build a strong workplace culture.

Expectations in Month 3 

- Implement a performance management system to drive employee development and accountability.

- Establish strong relationships with all employees, offering support and guidance on HR matters.

- Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance and foster inclusivity.

Expectations in Month 6  

- Oversee the successful integration of new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives that align with company culture and values.

- Analyze HR data to identify trends in employee satisfaction, retention, and performance, and present recommendations to leadership.
