What You’ll Do
Client Ownership: Build and manage end-to-end client relationships—onboarding, retention, conflict resolution, and satisfaction.
Revenue & Contracts: Manage invoicing, collections, contract renewals, and expansions, ensuring smooth revenue operations.
Account Growth: Identify upsell opportunities, secure referrals, and communicate Flexiple’s value to stakeholders.
Talent & Engagement: Work closely with internal teams to manage talent experience and client perception.
Who You Are
Education/Background: B.Tech or strong technical understanding; experience in .ai/.io domains preferred.
Location: Presently in Bengaluru
Experience: 2–4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles in services/tech.
Skills:
Commercial acumen: client engagement, billing, contracts, renewals.
Self-starter: ability to create structured processes from scratch.
Problem-solver: handles conflicts and escalations effectively.
