Role Overview
As a Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new target accounts, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. This role combines elements of sales development and strategic growth, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified prospects while fostering long-term business relationships. You will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders, understanding client needs, and positioning Flexiple as their preferred hiring partner.

Your focus will primarily be on the SMB and Mid-Market segments in the US and India, working closely with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and optimize processes for scalability.

What You Will Do

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients across India and international markets, particularly in North America and Europe, using LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and targeted outreach campaigns (cold emailing, social media interactions, and calling).

  • Discovery Calls: Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and challenges, particularly in the tech talent domain.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Establish trust with key stakeholders such as founders, VPs, and CXOs, demonstrating how Flexiple’s hiring solutions can support their business growth.

  • Showcasing Flexiple's Talent Pool: Present Flexiple’s capabilities in identifying and delivering top-tier tech talent, emphasizing key hiring metrics such as interview-to-hire ratio and turnaround time.

  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain a healthy and organized sales pipeline, updating CRM systems regularly to track outreach effectiveness and deal progress.

  • Follow-Up Strategies: Implement systematic follow-up practices to move leads through the sales funnel efficiently.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to align outbound strategies with overall company goals.

  • Market Research & Process Optimization: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities in the hiring space while identifying ways to improve outbound sales processes and client acquisition strategies.

  • Reporting & Insights: Provide regular performance updates to leadership, sharing insights from market interactions to refine product and service offerings.

Expectations
 Week 1:

  • Onboard and familiarize yourself with Flexiple’s products, services, and culture.

  • Understand the sales process and tools in use.

  • Shadow team members to grasp communication patterns and sales workflows.

Month 1:

  • Actively engage in outbound prospecting and outreach.

  • Conduct discovery calls and begin managing the sales pipeline.

  • Provide feedback on sales strategies and suggest improvements.

Month 3:

  • Own accounts and meet key performance indicators.

  • Establish a strong pipeline and refine outreach strategies.

  • Develop personalized client engagement materials.

Month 6:

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets.

  • Take ownership of lead generation and account management.

  • Mentor new team members and contribute to the growth team’s strategy.

You Should Have

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or relationship-building roles in the startup ecosystem in the US and India.

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech hiring space.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with founders, VPs, and CXOs.

  • Experience working with international clients, especially in North America and Europe.

  • A self-starter mindset with a bias for ownership and accountability

  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales platforms.

  • Willingness to work in the EST time zone to align with international outreach efforts.
