Position Description

Despite the global pandemic, Flexiple has been growing ~25% month on month for the last 6 months and has grown it's fully distributed network of highly skilled tech talent across ~50 countries now.

Our Sales team has till date been led by Suvansh Bansal who has been helped by 1 executive. We are now looking to add a leader to the team who can help us hire, grow, nurture, retain quality sales talent and to continue providing value to our high-value clients (average deal size of $30000).

You have the opportunity to be a part of a company that is leading the remote work revolution and changing the way B2B sales is done in the services industry. We expect to grow to $15 million by end of FY22-23.

This is a remote position. However, we require applicants to overlap with both US and Indo-Australian timezone.

Your Responsibilities:

Expectations in Week 1

  1. Understand our business model and way of working.
  2. Understand the current client sales, delivery processes while working with the team.
